RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer exchanges and account credit options. Please review our policy below:

1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on items that are unused, in new condition, and with original tags and packaging. Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To Exchange an Item:

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Contact our customer service team at theindikhoj@gmail.com to initiate the exchange.
  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item and receive your exchange.

Exchange Exceptions:

  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue you account credit for the amount of the purchase.

2. Account Credit

Instead of a refund, we offer account credit for returned or exchanged items. This credit can be used toward future purchases on our website or in-store.

To Receive Account Credit:

  • If your return or exchange is approved, you will be issued an account credit for the amount of your purchase, minus any applicable fees (e.g., shipping).
  • Account credit will be issued as soon as the returned item is received and processed.

Using Account Credit:

  • Your account credit will be available in your account, and you can use it anytime for future orders.
  • Account credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

3. Return Process

If you prefer to return your item for account credit instead of an exchange, we will issue the credit once the return is processed.

To Return an Item:

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
  • You will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return/Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange.
  • Account Credit Shipping: If you choose to return an item for account credit, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer an exchange or account credit, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
